To provide you with the best in customer service, guide you every step of the way for a smooth project, our INTERIOR DESIGN PROCESS includes the following steps:
One: INITIAL CONSULTATION: YOUR NEEDS
Meet and share the scope of your project, your dreams, ideas, style preference, needs and wants with a trained, tested and knowledgeable Certified Interior Designer.
See exciting products and real samples---all the bells and whistles; discuss the installation possibilities and the budget that fits your lifestyle. Once you're ready to move forward, a letter of agreement will be signed and a minimum retainer fee will be accepted to begin your project.
Two: SITE SURVEY
Our design team will visit your project location to assess the site and determine the viability of possible design options. We will take pictures, take note of the existing interior, take field dimensions and learn more about your needs and wants.
Three: DESIGN PHASE
Planning, planning, planning and details, details, details! This is where we begin the feasibility studies, plan the project and begin working out all of the details. We do the space planning, research, product selections and specifying, cabinetry and millwork design, lighting design, surface material selections, coordination, and costing---all to make your life easier.
Four: PRESENTATION
After the Design Phase, we will present you with our preliminary design concepts (drawings and/or 3D renderings) and personally guide you through all product and material selections. At this point, you will begin to see your project coming to life.
Five: ORDERING - PURCHASING
After the finalization of the design and product selections, we will present you with a cost proposal indicating all the items required to complete your beautiful new interior. Once approved, we will promptly order all product and arrange delivery to your site or our warehouse.
Six: PROJECT REVIEW, MANAGEMENT AND
INSTALLATION
Once all product is in, we work closely with you and the general contractor using your personalized Owner's Specification Manual (aka project Bible!) to start the installation and manage your project to run as smoothly as possible. Once installed, we arrange for a final walk-through of your new room(s) to make sure all is well and the construction is complete.
